Lease signed for the new Lompoc Wine Factory production facility & tasting room. The Lompoc Wine Factory will be a co-op style wine production center with multiple winemakers, winemaking equipment, and storage facility. The first Lompoc Wine Factory residents will be CORE Wine Company, & Bedford Winery.
