A light & petite bubbly pinot noir sparkling rose’ with true STA. Rita Hills ava aromatics & flavors. Barrel fermented and stainless tank-fermented created an acidic, but soft wine.
Precise and soft, this light pink bubble sparkling rose’ sparks the tongue with strawberry, light raspberry, & red fruit vibrant acidity.
Pinot Noir grapes were sourced from the eastern end of the Sta. Rita Hills AVA, a blend of seven different clones of Pinot Noir. Located where the cool air that comes off the Pacific into the Santa Ynez Valley keeps the vines perfectly balanced and blanketed every morning with coastal fog that protects the delicate varietal.
