East Atlas Cherry Bounce is the taste of summer and fall combined. This beautiful lush, sweet liqueur.
How do we Produce Cherry Bounce?
We start by macerating premium aged brandy and then infusing it with ripe summer Bing cherries, combining the two we barrel age together.
After the initial barrel aging, where the true blending occurs, the cherries are separated, and you have the sweet taste of cherries with the spice and subtle flavor of a finely aged brandy. The second barrel aging in oak barrels creates a smooth mouthful & rich flavors of cherry vanilla and candy.
